System restore fails
For the past couple of months system restore has been failing. I get the
helpful message that my 'computer cannot be restored' to the selected time. There are some 10 restore points available and none seem to work. I have Win XP Pro sp3 fully updated. I have attempted a clean boot but always encounter the error 'access denied' when trying to disable or enable services.
