disable autoplay media files on download
Hello,
m4a files auto open and play when I download them, whereas mp3 files do not. How can I disable the autoplay of m4a files? Thanks. Sorry, if this is the wrong group, but it seemed more relevant than others I found. |

Don't you think that the answer will strongly depend on the browser you are using ? Sorry, if this is the wrong group, but it seemed more relevant than others I found. This group is about the Windows XP OS. Are you using that OS ? Than again, depending on the browser you are using there might be a better-suited newsgroup. I thought it was strange that this was labeled a windowsxp group, as I thought such a group would be inactive, but since there was activity, I thought it might be a general usage windows group. So, sorry about that. |

King Canute,
Ok, thanks. I thought it was strange that this was labeled a windowsxp group, as I thought such a group would be inactive, but since there was activity, I thought it might be a general usage windows group. So, sorry about that. If you thought about it than you needen't be sorry. Regardless, I didn't think it was the browser (chrome) .... so thank you for the suggestion of checking into the browser settings. I'm not the one who suggested that, that was JJ.
