Default Distinctive Ring

I posted a message on 10th May about trying to enable
distinctive ring on my computer. Russ Valentine asked to
show documentation that supported that it can be done but
due to being so busy I have only just got back to reading
his reply. The information can be found at
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT....nsf/pfdocs/19
98092312450604?Open. Even though it states that it will
not work for Windows XP Symantec told me that it will
using the lastest WinFax Pro (version 10.03) and
following these instructions. I am just not sure how do
do it.

1) When providing a link, do make sure it works.

2) What part of "an NT-based OS does not support distinctive ring" are
you having problems understanding, exactly? Do please enlighten us and I'm
sure someone (probably Russ) will assist you.
