User picture disappeared in Start Menu on wind XP
The picture/graphic/icon associated with my user account has suddenly
disappeared from the Start Menu, so that only the Account name appears - without the picture - on top of the menu when I click on 'Start'. I tried changing the images through the User applet in the Control Panel, but to no avail. The Windows performance settings are set at best appearance, so that this problem should not occur at all. I would be obliged if someone could comment on this weird issue. |
