icon keep refreshing when i close win explorer

Default icon keep refreshing when i close win explorer

When i have my windoes explorer open & close it i lose my task bar & icons
refresh & i get this in my event viewer after. this also does after closing
programs. How can i stop this?

Have you modified the shell? If not, try the edit on line 157
