Default Using an IP Address to communicate with Messenger 7.5

I am attempting to establish a video connection with someone using a Polycom
Videoconferencing system who does not have an MSN Messenger account.

Is it possible to enter an IP address to make this connection rather than
setting up a MSN account on his end and adding him to my contacts?

Greetings John,

Using Messenger I'm afraid not, you have to be logged into the service and using the default
settings anyway, need to have made the contact-add as well.
