Default How to Enable Taskmgr?

I don't know because my task manager was disabled for my user, maybe a
virus. As I can activate it again? Can anyone help me?

Look here for a script file that can help
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

What you may have to do is to create a repeating batch file that will run
until you can open Task Manager if you have a virus/malware that keeps
disabling it. If you do then this may help

The very first thing to do is make sure the computer is virus/malware-free
because if it isn't, then whatever you try to do about enabling system
tools is doomed from the start.

Go through these general malware removal steps systematically -
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/...moving_Malware

Include scanning with David Lipman's Multi_AV and follow instructions to do
all scans in Safe Mode. Please see the special Notes regarding using
Multi_AV in Vista.

http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Multi-AV - instructions
http://tinyurl.com/yoeru3 - download link and more instructions

If the computer is clean:

Enable the Task Manager (Line 51) -
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

Lift Restrictions - Task Manager, Regedit and CMD (Line 275) -
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

http://windowsxp.mvps.org/Taskmanager_error.htm - Task Manager has been
disabled by your administrator fix

If the computer is infected and you are unable to clean it yourself, you can
either get guided help at one of the specialty forums below OR back up your
data and do a clean install of Windows. It is your choice. If you are
unsure how to back up your data or how to do a clean install, you can take
your machine to a local computer professional. I don't recommend using
BigComputerStore/GeekSquad types of places.
