Sharing folders can't synchnonize right now but will try again lat

The above message appears along a warning sign at the bottom of the Sharing
Folders window.

Both me and the person with whom i would like to share files have:
NTFS partitions.
WinXP SP2

Windows Firewall is deactivated.
Norton Firewall is configured to allow sharing folders.

Any ideas?
