Disabling programs

You can designate yourself as the administrator and then
give each of the others a limited account. This will not
allow them to add or change programs. Then you right click
the start button and then click explore all users and look
for the programs list under the users you are setting up.
Then simply add or remove the programs from their
startup\programs list. Good luck.
