I am unable to restore to a restore point.
Any easy reason??

Since you are the only one who knows your skill level, you'll need to decide
for yourself whether the reasons are "easy". If the procedures look too
complex - and there is no shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea -
take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your local
