Windows XP Pro is slow with booting
My computer has become slow at booting. It seems to take twice as long to
boot. I have Outlook and IE 6.0 starting up. The following items are in my System Configuration Utilit "Startup" tab. Which things are not necessary? smtray atipaxx ICO ashDisp jusched realsched qttask iTuneshelper (probably don't need that) ctfmon There are two checked boxes with no description next to them. The location is the same folder as the others: HKCU/Software/microsoft/windows/currentversion |

"Slow" is subjective. There may be nothing wrong with your computer. To
learn about your startup items, search for each one on the internet. Then you can decide whether you need them or not. --- Leonard Grey Errare humanum est R.I.P Usenet: 1980-2008 (PC Magazine) http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2326848,00.asp kevinla wrote: My computer has become slow at booting. Ok. I looked them all up and found out that I did not need most of them.
What about the two checked boxes without descriptions? How can I find out what they are? Kevin "Leonard Grey" wrote: "Slow" is subjective. There may be nothing wrong with your computer. I meant to add to the previous post that they don't have commands either.
Just blank. Thanks a**holes to whoever decided to do that. I have no idea what they are. Kevin "kevinla" wrote: Ok. I looked them all up and found out that I did not need most of them.
