Default Which user account do you want to use to run this program?

Win XP Pro
This message pops up twice during boot.

Run As

Which user account do you want to use to run this program?
....


What Program??? It never says which program!

Also, one can usually Ctrl-C a message box to copy it to the clipboard.
This one does not allow.

Is there any way to find out what is generating this message?

Use msconfig to disable any suspicious or unrecognizable startup programs. If the problem
disappears, reenable them one at a time.
