Default Video Capture with WIN XP

Hello,

I have a Nvidia GeForce 4 video card and have installed
it successfully in my XP machine. The problem I have is
that it seems that ANY video editing software will not
work with XP. I have tried both Intervideo WinProducer
and Sonic MyDVD. Sonic will not even start and
Intervideo will start but quickly crash if you try to
record any video.

I have installed XP SP1 as well as another patch that was
supposed to fix a video capture issue with SP1.

Any suggestions out there? Thanks very much!
