Default Problems with printing graphic files

HEEELLLLLPPPPP!!! I am a graphic designer who doesn't
use MAC. I just recently switched to XP and ever since
then I havn't been able to save files out of Photoshop
5.5, in JPEG format, and have a print house, like kinkos,
print it out on their Color Laser or Firey printer. They
can open the CDR or ZIP, but no files show at all. It's
like nothing saved to the disk. And yet I can see them
and open them on my computer.

I never had this problem in Win 98. Any Ideas?

Try Save to an ISO9600 type file to be read by their computers.
