Default Problem with Ras Async Adapter

Hi,

Under the device manager, there is an exclamation icon beside the Ras Async
Adapter. And I also find out that when I try to create a dial up connection
manual in the connections wizard, the dial up option is being disabled (grey
off).

Currently I am using Windows XP Pro SP3. Windows update had been done but
the problem still exist. Please advice.

Dial up connections tend to require an analog modems before enabling
the set up of a connection.
