Scanner like to work only for the administrator( Epson Perfection 3170 PHOTO)

Xp Professional setup all Ok, install all the programs OK. Install the Scanner Epson Perfection 3170 PHOTO and ... part of the programs related to the scanner asks all the times for admin Log.

Reinstall all the software twice and I still have the same problem.

Any clues How to eliminate this problem without giving admin rights to the different users.

I am giving to the users all the rights to use the programs/ icons in desktop, the 9 yards. Still the same problem, I am creating the user like Power users and there is not change.

Help will be appreciated.
