Default Cosmetic bug in Win7

Cosmetic bug in Win7

If you right click on the desktop (as I've been doing) and choose menu item
"Sort by", there's no bullet indicating the current sort. A minor bug but
still a surprising one, considering!

What makes you say that's a bug?.I have 4 XP PC's and they don't either. I would say if your wanting to change
the sort... who cares what it is. Change it and move on.

There are several avenues of attack to sort. The desktop menu sort is the
only one I've found not indicating the current sort.

I felt it was worth a mention. Maybe MS will fix it as a result.

Microsoft doesn't read this newsgroup (or any others for that matter).
Since this "bug" has been around for at least three releases of Windows, I
can't see them worrying too much about it (even if they did see it).
Interesting observation, though.
