Default windows xp hotfix (sp2) Q329441 etc.

there are a bunch of these in my add/remove programs
folder. 11.41 mb on some and no info on others. can I
delete them or should they be saved? I posted this
yesterday and it showed a response but says message
unavailable??

To remove them would remove the fixes they represent.
Thus, your computer would be vulnerable to the flaws they
are intended to fix.
