outlook express

U need to go read the post by Joe T. again, he is asking u
questions and u r not answering them. there are two
places that u might be able to have the outlook icon. try
this though, right click on the taskbar, go up to Tools
bar and select QuickLaunch, then drag and drop and
shortcut to outlook
