Problem with shdocvw.dll
Now i might be wrong, but i'm guessing it's a problem with that. Whenever I
open Windows Live Messenger, Internet Explorer, or try and cut back to desktop, the applications all come up that they have "encountered a problem" and must close. I checked the error report, and they all seem to be coming up with ModName: shdocvw.dll Here's a screenshot of the Explorer error report: http://img264.imageshack.us/img264/4773/error8eb.jpg thanks for any help |

Problem with shdocvw.dll
Greetings Tom,
Shdocvw is a part of IE and Windows, used in plenty of Windows applications. As a quick fix you might try upgrading to IE7: www.microsoft.com/ie/ -- Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Live Messenger/MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com All posts unless otherwise specified are (c) 2007 Jonathan Kay.
