Default Help! Error occurs...

Last night I was uninstalling some programs using the "Your Uninstaller
2008" however after I reboot my PC, my desktop display setting is not
working properly anymore. I can no longer see the toolbar as well as
the programs supposedly in display. I can still open my files and run
programs using the Windows Task Manager. That is everytime I am opening
my PC. Today, I encountered these errors appearing:
1.) Windows cannot find '/idlist,:3120:1680, E\TV'. Make sure you typed
the name correctly, and then try again to search for a file check, click
the start button, and then click search.
2.) Windows cannot find 'null'. Make sure... (the rest of the message
same as above).

How can these errors be corrected? Please help...

By the way, I am using Windows XP Service pack 3
