Default Active window tracking

Hi, I am trying to enable Active window tracking, which is supposed to make a
window active simply by moving the mouse over it. This is useful when you
have multiple windows open. Does anyone know how to do this?

Take a look at these articles.

How to activate a window by moving cursor over it without clicking on it

Save clicks with Tweak UI's X-Mouse feature

Good luck
