Hover pointer to activate window dysfunctional in Internet Explorer
I just started using the ability to hover the pointer over a window
to activate it in windows 8. But, for some strange reason (not really strange if you're intimately familiar with windows), when trying to switch to Internet explorer, it doesn't work normally, you must hover the pointer over the IE title bar.
