slow start up me addition

Hi Brian,

There are three things that you can do about what is loaded when you
start-up;

1. Go into each of the programs that are in your system tray, and
set them to not load when the machine is started.
2. remove items in [Start] [Programs] Startup that you don't want.
3. Go to [Start] [Run] and type msconfig . go to the [startup]
tab and uncheck the programs that you don't want to start when you load
windows.

up my comp. it runs and automaticly pulls up my buddy list and an aol
window? i would like to stop that but not sure. please help
