Default video problem

It can download itself to your PC only at the speed of your internet
connection.

It also will suffer from overloading at the server end in times of high
traffic.

Get the fastest internet connection you can and try to watch online at times
you know others may well not be (ie between 7pm and 10pm local)

Like Cari said
Or simply pause the video (if controls are enabled) and wait for it to get
far enough ahead then play it.
