cam seems to work but others cant see me

When I start a video chat the cam starts working and I
can see myself in the window, but the other person can
not see me. The cam works fine and all the programs with
it work and it works with other chat services. It just
dont work with messenger. I have tried everything I
could think ok. Can someone help me out? Kevin
