Default Transfer my custom emoticons from my old MSN ID to my new MSN ID

I have just created a new MSN ID. I wanted to know is it possible to
transfer my custom emoticons from my old MSN ID to my new MSN ID.

I have tried copying "C:\Documents and Settings\Kamal\Local
Settings\Application " to
"C:\Documents and Settings\Kamal\Local Settings\Application
" but this hasn't worked.

I'm using Windows Live Messenger 8.1

Thanks.
