sprtcmd.exe is an executable program file. This file will be on your
hard drive in location "C:\Program Files\Dell Support
Center\bin\sprtcmd.exe". This file is a well known file from Dell. It
is used for support. This is called Dell support agent and is often
found along with the dsagnt module in the same folder. This file is
considered a safe file, and is not virus, spyware, or malware related
software.

To fix this you might try uninstalling the Dell support agent,
rebooting, then install it again.

Hi Brenda:

This is the 'real' Leonard Grey. That 'other' Leonard Gray is really an
unfortunate individual called Murphy, who likes to impersonate me (and
others). I'm sorry he inserted himself into your question.

Since Roy gave you the correct answer, I won't post to this thread
again. That means the next 'Leonard Grey' you see will be Murphy, trying
impersonate me. I think you'll know the difference.

This a GREY's way of operating here.
He says he is sorry for what he has done.
he is a sicko.;
BLOCK HIM, and make a COMPLAINT, pleaze!
the more complaints, the sooner we are rid of him.

thank you
