How can I locate Picture and fax viewer on my computerand
short cut it to me desktop,.Not in 'all
programs,' 'search' not found, PC Helpline unable to help!

It's not an .EXE file, but powered by a DLL. When you preview an image file,
The "ImageView_Fullscreen" function of shimgvw.dll is invoked. [with %1
parameter so that the file you clicked is previewed in full screen]
