Default Importing Bookmarks from Windows 98

I recently purchased a new Compaq Presario that has Windows XP installed on
it. My old Compaq Presario had Windows 98 on it. I'm wanting to know how I
can import my bookmarks (favorites) from the old computer to the new one. Or
is that NOT possible?
Thanks!

On the old machine, open IE and go to File-Import and Export-Export
Favorites. Save the file to a floppy. On the new machine, do the reverse!

Hi,

No reason it should not work. Just make sure you export as a .htm file.

Think it does that by default?

It should, but I've seen people accidentally change it before.
