Default Dell 720 Printer

I replaced my ink cartridges...now the power light blinks on and off and the
printer is frozen.
It flashes 2 quick space the one quick flash - a code?
I have disconnected printer from computer, killed the power, killed the
computer, rewired & restarted, same result. Have gone to add/remove programs
and removed the printer then reinstalled again....still flashing code
Any ideas

If it's a code, it should be listed in the printer manual or in the support
section at the Dell website.

They are Dell ink cartridges that you installed, right?
