Default QoS & Lip Sync

We have to uncheck the QoS to get video & voice but I
notice the lip sync is off now. It starts out fine then
after a Minute or two it goes out of sync (voice seems to
be slower than video. Is there a fix for this. We are all
using broadband conections.I don't know why Microsoft is
so slow addressing this problem of shutting off the
firewall & unchecking Qos to make voice & video
work.Thousands of people seem to have this problem whats
the hold up? We would like a product that works.

Greetings Carm,

The QoS issue is actually within the Intel NIC drivers, it isn't actually a Messenger issue
specifically. You can turn QoS back on, but you will need the latest Intel drivers from here
(note that both sides may need this):
http://www.windowsupdate.com (after scanning, choose Drivers)
The name of the latest driver should be "Intel network software update released on October
28, 2003" (or newer).

If you don't see this, or this doesn't solve the problem, please reply back.
