Turn off Automatically Restart

restart disabled for some time now

If you have auto restart disabled, have you had a crash and had to
"manually" restart?
My computer doesn't even have a power off switch, come to think of it. I
would have to pull the plug from the wall if I couldn't use Windows to shut
down. That happened once when the computer "froze."
