Default Mapping drive issues

I have 2 pc's both XP Pro SP2.
I am trying to map network C: drive and am getting access denied issues.

PC1: I have set a new share for C Drive. Under permissions I have set
Everyone with FULL Control.
PC2: is able to see the share, but gives me access denied error when I try
to browse it.

What can I do to solve this? Is there an old password stored in either pc
that is giving me an issue? Please help. Thank you.

What is the message error? Can you post it here, please?
Another question: are you using blank passwords?

I am unable to browse the share. It states Access Denied.
I can see the share in My Network Places, but when I double click on it, it
says Access Denied.

You're using NTFS, right? Have you set file system permissions correctly?

From KB: "This problem can occur when the share permissions are set
correctly but the NTFS partition permissions granting access to individual
folders or files have not been properly assigned. This problem can also occur
when the reverse is true."

There is a table describing the permissions at
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;304040

Hope it helps. And sorry about my english! I'm not a native.
