Default Blocking IP's with SP2 Firewall

How do you block specific IP addresses using Windows XP Service Pack 2
Firewall?
E.g. if someone is threatening to hack me, and I have their IP address, I
would like to add it so they cannot connect to me in anyway.

Thanks to anyone who can tell me!

I don't know if XP's new firewall will do what you want, but IMHO
blocking a specific IP address is futile. All the hacker has to do is go
to a different PC with a different IP address (or, if he has the
ability, to change the IP address on his current PC) and he's bypassed
your attempt at security.

If someone is threatening to hack you, it means that they're UNABLE to do
so. Take my word for it! Only people with no clue say stupid things like
that.

It was just an example. The REAL reason I want to do this, is so when people
connect to me through an Application I have, I can block their IP is they
connect through that application.
My problem has not yet been solved! :-(

This is not a feature of the sp2 firewall. you might be able to set
something up with the tcp/ip filtering engine or by creating an ipsec policy
to block that ip. If someone is trying to hack you, though, they're not
likely to keep a given ip very long.
