Default Max total disk capacity

I have a Windows Pro SP3 32bit that currently has 2 320GB hard
drives. I am in the process of waiting for two 1TB hard drives. Will
I have problems?

Not with Windows accessing the drives after they
are formatted.

But you should download and run the drive manufacture's
diagnostic software as soon as you install the drives and before
you move any data to them.

I don't know, depends on how patient you are, shipping can take a few days.
Try some xanax if you get too uptight waiting for the drives.

The only issue I can think of, is if the drives are connected
to a SIL3112 chip. The firmware for that, has a bug which causes
the computer to hang during POST. There are solutions, including
purchasing another add-in interface card.

There are additional rules above 2TB. So if they ever make
a single drive bigger than that, or you make a RAID array
bigger than that, do some research first. See the references
here, to "2TB".
