Default shutting down my Computer

When I try and shut down my computer it states that the program Bdkofd32.exe
isn't responding. How do I get this program to respond if I have it?

A Google search returns nothing. Very suspicious if you ask me. I would
run my anti-virus scanner and check with Ad-aware, Spybot Search and Destroy
and HiJack This! searching for malware. This does not sound good.
