One instant source of help is Google.
Instead of waiting 5 hours, you can just go to Google, and type
Aifind Trojan
and instantly find 1,830 related sources of information.

It also might help to look for answers already posted in the newsgroup
earlier. Every day, people with the same or similar problems with various
viruses/worms/Trojans come posting here, and every day the answers are the
same. Instead of waiting 5 hours, you could find tools to help yourself, by
reading the postings of the previous 5 hours. (For example, see the thread
in this newsgroup posted today with subject "Plugins" 3 hours earlier at
6:52a.m.)
