Default Computer Name GPO

I was wondering it is possible to grey out the Change and Network ID buttons on the Computer Name tab of the System Properties through a GPO?

If not, is it possible to completely hide that tab (similiar to what you can do in the display control panel)?

Thanks in advance...Brian

To begin with, users with USER rights cannot change the computer name and
Network ID. You can disable access to that portion all together from the
Windows explorer portion of Administrative templates.
