Microsoft XP Firewall and Cisco VPN Client Connection
Hi,
I use the Cisco VPN client to connect to my office network. I note that Microsoft says that, "You should not enable Internet Connection Firewall on virtual private networking (VPN) connections, which are typically used to securely log in to a corporate network." http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/u...nmore/icf.mspx Does this mean that I should disable the firewall for my Cisco Systems VPN Adapter (in my case Local Area Connection 2)? Thanks, Tony |
