Default I don't have the virus but i keep rebooting anyway.

I just did a clean install of xp home and now my computer reboots every
couple of minutes. It happens after the activation icon pops up. My other
computer is not attached to the internet, so it can't be the virus. I also
have turned off the auto restart in control panel and it still does it. can
someone help me?

You seem sure that you're not infected, but the basic symptoms sound
similar.
I recommend you read the links below to ensure you are *not* infected with
the Blaster worm.
Please review the following, clean your machine of any worm and install the
patch listed below.

Is the computer in question hooked up to your home network?

Other reasons for continuous reboot a
Power supply overheat (fan not working properly)
CPU overheat (fan not working properly)
Bad memory
Hard drive beginning to fail
