several network configurations

Presuming you are using a laptop, set up a new hardware profile for each
configuration - then just choose which one to load on boot-up.

I think it's very unlikely you could do that.

As suggested by Mr. Tsang, you need third-party software. Netswitcher is
considered good, and I believe that Globesoft makes another
well-regarded program.

Some people who do this use third party software. Google for
"Netswitcher". I believe that Globesoft also makes a good program.
