You are either using Windows Mail, (bundled with Vista), or Windows Live Mail. (an add-on). Microsoft Mail hasn't been in use for more than a dozen years. Regardless, Outlook Express will not run on any operating system newer than XP. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP [Mail] Imperial Beach, CA |

Delete Mail Program
Thank you all for your replies.
Now I need to explain further and this is the reason I wanted to delete the 'MAIL' program. When I click on links such as the one below: http://www.driverrobot.info/contactus.html I get this message and it's happening requently: 'Could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed'. I have no idea what to do and thought by deleting 'Mail' and then reinstalling it would fix the problem. I'm also probably in the wrong newsgroup to ask to but don't know where else to ask. M.
