I can't figure out what's causing this error: Content index on d:\system
volume information\catalog.wci could not be initialize. Error 2147942487.

Event ID is 4127

This is on D drive. Any ideas??

Thanks,

Bill

Go to this site, in Event ID Error type in 4127.
You may get more information searching from there. Good luck.

Thanks for the input fellows. I just took GSV's suggestion and turned the
indexing off, on all drives. That should be the end of it. This is an 875P
chipset at 3 gigs, with three WD serial Raptors. The "D" drive is a Raptor
10K RPM Serial and since these are rather new, all sorts of things may have
contributed to the aberration.

Regards,

Bill
