Thanks for your answer, but I do not have a button on
the taskbar for outlook express. That is what I want, and
do not know how to get to show there.

If you have an Outlook Express icon on your desktop, you can just drag =
it to the taskbar - point at it, hold down the left mouse button and =
drag it to the task bar.

If you can't see it, right-click on the taskbar to unlock it (the =
taskbar) and then expand the space by dragging the vertical line to the =
right.

Good luck

Is the QuickLaunch what you mean? Or do you mean that Outlook Express is
running, but it's not appearing where the programs normally do? If
that's the case, then i'm sorry, but that's beyond me. i've never seen
that except when a different application makes the task bar buttons
reside in the system tray. And that was in Win98. If it's happening to
you, my only possible suggestion would be to download and re-install
MSIE from Microsoft (which includes OE).

But if you mean the shortcut in the QuickLaunch toolbar (these also
reside on the Task Bar - it's some of that fun Microsoft vocabulary
where everything is similar but different, even though it's all in the
same place), you can create a new shortcut and point it to OE, then drag
it into the QuickLaunch toobar (as suggested in the other post).

Hope some of that helps.

Jesus. Make a shortcut to OE on your desktop and then
try dragging it to where you want it. We can't tell where
you want it because you can't answer simple questions, or
even answer in the original thread. If the shortcut doesn't
stay where you want it, what you want to do probably can't
(or shouldn't) be done.
