When attempting to use a new scanner, I get an error message ID 3055: ASPI
for Windows is not initialized. What does this mean and what should I do? |

Go to the manufacturer's web site and look around for support documents.Your scanner

Did you install the software BEFORE connecting the scanner? When this is
