Windows XP(Home) SP3, OE6, IE8; Sufficient RAM(Max for Computer) & HHD
space. Continuous checks for Virus/Malware

Hi, I've done a lot of googling and forum reading but the answer is still
not clear to me. Maybe i just have not reached the right site yet. Anyway,
my question is: Is a CD version of "Windows 7, Home Premium Upgrade" being
sold, or Downloadable from Microsoft, that can be installed from a CD drive?
Thanks for any help.

It is a DVD. Therefore you need a DVD drive. Here is the upgrade disk:

Note that you need to perform a Clean Install if you are using XP as
your qualifying OS.
