Default Trojan detected?

Running Malware Bytes came up with this:
Files Infected:

C:\System Volume
Information\_restore{9F80E638-C05F-4567-B9E0-74F5DCC7C8DE}\RP23\A0004669.exe
(Trojan.Agent) - No action taken.

Is this the System Restore folder?
Should I just let MB "remove selected" or should I delete System Restore
points and create a new one?
Replies appreciated.

Clear System Restore and run Malwarebytes again and see what it detects.

Thanks for the reply, did just that and it came up clean this time, happy
days.
Related question System Restore, I use Acronis True Image 10 and keep an
image of my C: drive, do I need System Restore at all or should I leave it
turned off?

If it were my machine, I would turn it back on.

System Restore will quickly resolve minor problems, e.g. when Windows still
starts up but misbehaves. TrueImage is best for the major ones, e.g. when
Windows no longer starts or when you have a virus infection.

In addition to comments from M and Pegasus, configure System Restore to
monitor only the drive on which Windows is located (usually C) and set
it to use about 1 GB of space (the default is 12% of the partition,
which can get unnecessarily large). Configure SR from the System
Restore tab on the System Properties dialog.

Among other benefits(http://bertk.mvps.org/html/diskspace.html),
reducing the space used by SR will make your Acronis images smaller.
