I assume you mean Remote Assistance? Actually what the error is really

indicating is that
you need the latest version of *Windows Messenger*, which you may have

disabled or
uninstalled. Remote Assistance requires Windows Messenger and MSN

Messenger's Remote
Assistance option will not work without it (the same goes for Whiteboard).

latest Windows Messenger 4.x he
