Possible to set up windows with just one user folder under Docs &Settings?

I seem to get "Admin", "Default user" and "whatever username you
specifiy" as a minimum when installing XP.

I'm the only one who ever uses my machines. Is it possible to tell the
setup to just create one user folder and put everything there?
